Once a selection is completed we quickly proceed on to the next stage in the construction process. At Ballantry Homes we strive to meet our building schedules, so we refrain from making any changes once the selection is finalized. However, if construction has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate small changes. Any changes and/or cancellations made after the finalization of the Options and Upgrades Agreement and/or the colour chart will be charged a fee of $500.00 per item plus a 15% restocking fee.
